HERE IS THE LIST OF THE MOST FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS BY OUR CUSTOMERS REGARDING THE GRADUAL REOPENING AND THE PREVENTIVE MEASURES PUT IN PLACE AGAINST COVID-19.

How can I purchase the annual card?
You can purchase an annual card online.

How can I purchase a day pass?
The day pass must be purchase online.

How can I renew my Annual Card?
We will send you a renewal notice few weeks before your expiration date. Please check your spam mailbox.

Will I receive a compensation because of the Reserve's closure?
Since you have not been able to take full advantage of your privileges as an annual cardholder, the validity of your annual card has been extended for a period of 85 days* after your initial expiration date. You received an email with your new expiration date if your Annual Card has expired after March 19, 2020.

In fact, the Reserve has been closed for 81 days from March 19 until June 8 2020. *

Could you prohibit access to the Reserve again?
Yes, it may close if the Reserve realizes that it is difficult to enforce compliance or if public health authorities recommend it. Our priority remains the health of all.

Why did you create one-way trails?
This measure ensures the physical distancing requested by the public authorities is respected. By avoiding intersections, opportunities for contact of less than two metres are reduced. This protects your health and the health of other hikers.

May I use the local accesses?
Annual Cardholders can use the local accesses. Make sure you have your annual card with you as patrollers are on the trails will check the validity of your card.

Do the restrooms are open?
Yes, the restrooms of the Welcome Centre and the Cottage are open from 8 a.m to 4 p.m.

What are the consequences for those who do not comply with guidelines?
Patrol officers can issue warnings, or they can cancel an Annual Card. They can also ask recalcitrant visitors to leave the Reserve territory.

Are groups are allowed?
School or sports groups are not allowed at the moment.
