How can I renew my annual card?
An email with a renewal link will be sent to you 1 month before your annual card expires. Please be sure to check your inbox as well as your junk or spam folder.
If you did not receive the renewal email, please contact us at info.gault@mcgill.ca and include the following information in your message:
- your first and last name;
- the email address associated with your account;
- your city.
Where can I find the expiration date of my annual card?
Once you are logged in to your account, the expiration date of your annual pass is clearly displayed.
I didn’t receive my daily access passes. What should I do?
Tickets are sent in a second email after your purchase. Please check your inbox as well as your junk or spam folder. Delivery may take a few minutes.
Due to a technical issue, some tickets may not be sent by email. If you cannot find them in your inbox or spam folder, you may temporarily present your invoice at the gate to access the site. The date and time of your tickets are indicated on the invoice. We are working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.
If you still cannot find your tickets, please contact us at info.gault@mcgill.ca so that we can resend them. Please include:
- your first and last name ;
- the email address used for the purchase or the SO number listed on your invoice.
Why do I need to purchase my tickets online instead of on site?
Purchasing tickets online helps ensure a more enjoyable and safe visit while protecting the natural environment.
Since the online reservation system was introduced in August 2020, we have observed:
- a significant reduction in days with very high visitor numbers;
- better distribution of visits throughout the day and across the week;
- shorter wait times at the main entrance;
- a smoother, calmer visitor experience.
This system allows us to better manage visitor numbers, ensure your comfort during your visit, and preserve the site’s ecological integrity.
Why do I need to create an account to make a purchase?
Creating an account helps simplify and secure your experience. It gives you access to a personal account where you can:
- view the expiration date of your annual card;
- automatically receive any discounts you are eligible for;
- receive better support if you have questions or encounter an issue.
Having an account also helps protect your personal information and allows us to manage your records more efficiently.
Why can’t I add my annual pass to my phone’s wallet app?
We understand that this option would be convenient. Adding the annual card to a wallet app is not currently available and requires specific technical development.
